We’re in the process of building our future FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) function and are looking for the right person to lead it. Depending on your background, you’ll either join as Senior FP&A Manager with a clear path to Head of FP&A within 12 to 18 months, or step directly into the Head of FP&A role.
You’ll report directly to the CFO and work closely with the Head of Global Accounting and the Head of IT & Data. From day one, you’ll have one FP&A analyst reporting to you. Together, we will find the right structure, tools, and priorities to build a value-driving function that truly supports the business.
Your success in the first year
3-4 months: You have gained solid knowledge of the Group’s KPIs and value drivers, established key relationships across the organization, and taken ownership of core FP&A deliverables
6-12 months: You are the go-to person for FP&A insights, delivering high-quality analysis that drives decisions. You’ve established effective collaboration patterns and are actively improving our FP&A processes and tools
12+ months: You understand our business model deeply and you have built a strong FP&A foundation, successfully implemented new systems and processes, and are recognized as a trusted business partner across the organization.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead the Group’s financial planning processes including strategic planning, budgets and forecasts
- Drive business performance analysis and variance analysis across all business units
- Establish robust monthly reporting and FP&A analysis to monitor financial performance across our entire value chain
Business Partnering:
- Be the trusted FP&A business partner to operational managers across our global organization
- Challenge business assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations
- Ensure stakeholders have the financial insights they need to succeed
Systems & Process Development:
- Help design and implement of our new global ERP/BI system with focus on FP&A capabilities
- Develop new BI-based FP&A tools and systems to improve business transparency and efficiency
- Establish best-practice FP&A processes and methodologies
Team Development:
- Lead and develop your FP&A data analyst from day one
- Build the foundation of a high-performing FP&A function
Who are we looking for?
You have a master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, and bring 4–6+ years of FP&A experience, ideally from a large international company. You have a solid track record in financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis, and are highly skilled with data tools, financial modeling, reporting, and presenting insights. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
