About DanBred
DanBred provides pig genetics and services to professional pig producers. We have developed a breeding system that supports the breeding of healthy, efficient pigs with the aim of producing more with fewer resources. DanBred employs 150 professionals across 18 countries.
As our new colleague, you will be part of a company experiencing both rapid growth and ambitious strategies. You can expect relevant professional training, and you will have the flexibility to manage and develop your job. Your work base will be at your home address in Poland, Czech, Slovakia or Hungary with extensive travel in Central & Eastern Europe. The position reports to the Regional Director, Europe placed in Holland.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow sales activities for our genetic solutions, targeting commercial and integrated pig producers
- Build and develop a high-performing regional team through motivation, coaching, and leadership
- Establish and manage agreements related to multiplication, gilt development, and GenePro customers
- Understand customer needs deeply to deliver tailored solutions and drive satisfaction
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including allied industry partners and complementary pig companies
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a commercially minded professional with a proven track record in sales and leadership, ideally within the agricultural sector and swine production. You thrive in multicultural environments, are confident in negotiations, and know how to inspire teams. You’re collaborative, results-driven, and ready to take ownership of a region with high growth potential.
Qualifications & Skills
- Background in management or agricultural science
- Knowledge of pig production in Central & Eastern Europe is a strong advantage
- Strategic mindset with solid business acumen and administrative understanding
- Modern leadership style that empowers self-driven individuals
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
