DanBred P/S is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead the sale and commercial development of our genetic solutions across multiple countries in Latin America. In this role, you will focus on expanding our market presence with large integrators, building and strengthening distributor networks, and shaping long-term business strategies in close collaboration with the Regional Manager for Latin America.
About DanBred
DanBred provides pig genetics and services to professional pig producers. We have developed a breeding system that supports the breeding of healthy, efficient pigs with the aim of producing more with fewer resources. DanBred employs 150 professionals across 18 countries.

Your work base will be at your home address in Latin America with extensive travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of DanBred’s genetic solutions to commercial and integrated swine producers.
- Support and grow our distributor network throughout Latin America.
- Develop and execute short and mid-term business and account plans tailored to each country’s market and customer conditions.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of existing and new customers’ needs, and act according to these to create value at our existing and potential key accounts.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical sales within the livestock industry, ideally with a background in genetic solutions. You have strong negotiation and motivational skills, with a proven track record of engaging and influencing key decision-makers. You’re a collaborative team player who thrives in international, multicultural environments and enjoys working closely with colleagues across the globe.
Qualifications & Skills
- AP Graduation in Agro Business or Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, preferably with a focus on swine production.
- Deep understanding of pig and agricultural markets, dealer networks, and direct-to-farmer channels.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Capable of delivering engaging and educational product presentations.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
